Welcome to rockingisrael.live (the "Site"), operated by Amit Kapeta, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) no. 206230203 ("Rocking Israel"). Use of the Site is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

The Site presents information about Rocking Israel, the artists it manages, shows and events, and lets you send booking and contact enquiries. Sending an enquiry is not a binding booking; any engagement is made by a separate written agreement.

2. Tickets and purchases

The Site currently has no newsletter or online sales (such as merchandise). If these are added in future, they will be operated in compliance with Israeli law (including consent, unsubscribe, consumer protection and business details), and we will update our policies and these Terms beforehand.

Tickets are sold through external ticketing systems (such as GoShow, Eventer, Tickchak or the venues' box offices). Purchases are subject to the seller's terms and to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including cancellation rights. Information on the Site (dates, line-ups, prices) may change; the ticketing system's details prevail.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site – including the name and mark "Rocking Israel / רוקינג ישראל", logos, design, text, photos, videos and music – belongs to Rocking Israel, the artists, photographers or other rights holders and is protected by law. Do not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use content without prior written permission. Photographers are credited next to their work. Materials marked as press materials may be used for editorial purposes with credit.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site unlawfully, send false enquiries or spam, attempt to breach our systems, or scrape the Site without permission.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site contains links and embeds (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, ticketing). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We strive for accurate, current information, but errors and changes (including postponed or cancelled events) may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Rocking Israel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by Israeli law. Unless the law provides otherwise, the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits or removes any right or jurisdiction that the law gives to a consumer.
